Our goal is to educate our clients to promote the best possible existence for our patients.
Dr Susan Lewis, an Ann Arbor native, graduated from Michigan State University in 1978. She started her career in Washington State in a large and small animal practice, then spent a year in St. Thomas USVI, and eight years in Maryland before returning to Michigan in 1988.
Dr Lewis has always had a passion for client education (both her parents are educators) and exotic medicine. In 1998 she combined these passions and founded All Creatures Animal Clinic. Dr Lewis has 2 sons, Jason a business student at Indiana University, and Chris who founded Steel Jaw Kennels and breeds Dogo Canarios west of Ann Arbor. She enjoys travel, outdoor activities, sailing, jogging, and reading.
Kim V. - Head Technician
Kim was an experienced technician when she joined the staff at All Creatures in October 2004. She enjoys all aspects of her job and has a special interest and passion for working with cats. Outside of work, Kim enjoys watching reality TV, listening to music, and spending time with her eleven cats.
Susy F. - Technician
Susy also had worked for many years as a technician before she joined All Creatures in January 2005. Although Susy enjoys all aspects of the veterinary field, she especially enjoys assisting in surgery. When not working at All Creatures, Susy is a certified Master Farrier. She also raises Appaloosa horses in Willis. Susy shares her home with her husband Tom, dog Caitie, cat Princess, and 11 horses.
Dotty L. - Technician
Dotty has worked in the Veterinary field for 27 years. She enjoys blood draws, lab work, working with clients and their pets. Dotty owns Solo, a German Shepard, three male cats, an elderly female cat, a quaker parrot and a pair of parakeets. She loves gardening, and roller blading in her spare time. She is married to Pete, and has 2 daughters,a grandson and a new granddaughter is on the way.
Becky C. - Receptionist
Becky has been with All Creatures for almost a year, and has been working in the veterinary field for six years. She is the smiling face at the front desk, and on the phone. Becky has an adorable two and a half year old daughter named Anna Leigh. They enjoy being outside, reading, and playing with their one year old rabbit, Toby.
Christina - Groomer
Christina has twenty years experience in grooming. She has been at All Creatures for several years. Christina specializes in hand scissoring. Christina has many other interests, she breeds dogs,Pomeranians, Puggles, and is in law school!
